Prepare a PE film specification
Choose the main film applications and dimensions before comparing PE blown film machines. Provide the resin grades or known blend, layflat width, single-wall thickness, finished roll requirements and intended printing or bag-making process.
HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE identify material families. Confirm the actual grades, blends and additives for the proposed equipment and film. If several products are planned, list the main production cases separately from occasional sizes or formulations.
Ask the supplier to state the material and film conditions behind each output figure. Review cooling, haul-off, winding and required options together with the extrusion section. Use one written specification to compare configurations and identify the items still requiring a trial.
